The forty-seventh annual John Edie Holiday Tournament was held on December 18, 19, and 20 at the Grand Hyatt Minneapolis -- hosted by at the Blake School -- in Minnesota. In the final round, Saint Louis Park High School's Catherine Tarsney defeated Valley High School's Ross Brown on a 5-0 decision to win the tournament. Catherine was also top speaker.

In the final round, the Altamont School's Sasha Arijanto defeated the Meadows School's Jordan Lamothe on a 2-1 decision to win the tournament. Sasha was also top speaker.

The sixth annual Ridge Debates held on December 11 and 12 at Ridge High School in New Jersey. In the final round, Millburn High School's Michael Hassin defeated Hendrick Hudson High School's Alli Gofman on a 2-1 decision to win the tournament. Whippany Park High School's Ben Yu was top speaker.

The Isidore Newman Classic was held on December 11 and 12 at Isidore Newman School in Louisiana. In the final round, Saint Joseph's Academy's Kara Ramsey defeated New Orleans Jesuit High School's Nick Falba on a 2-1 decision to win the tournament.
